Items on the “secret menu” are basically just menu “hacks” or modifications to the regular menu items of your favorite food spots, but most people don’t know to ask for them. It does depend on whether the location near you has the specific ingredients or not and you might even get some dirty looks from employees, so order at your own risk!

The hulk is a ‘healthier’ version of their 5 Layer Burrito. You replace the nacho cheese sauce with guacamole, and remove the inner tortilla and add some fresco salsa. Not too shabby TB.

It is: 3 half strips of pepper bacon, 1.5 ounces of roast beef, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1.5 ounces of Angus steak, 1.5 ounces of brisket, 1.5 ounces of corned beef, 1 slice of big-eye Swiss cheese, 1.5 ounces of ham, 1.5 ounces of roast turkey, and 2 chicken tenders. If that’s not overwhelming enough, check out the price—it’s 10 bucks!

Root beer floats are a classic treat that many have forgotten about. All you have to do is order a root beer (or Coke) and ask for a scoop of vanilla ice cream to be added. Any place that sells soft drinks and ice cream should be able to do this, not just Mickey D’s.

Ordering items “Animal Style” at In-N-Out is actually a widely known “secret menu” concept. You can basically order any burger of your choice and they make it “Animal Style” by adding the In-N-Out signature spread with grilled onions. You can also get the “Animal Style” fries, with melted cheese, spread and grilled onions piled on top.

If you like the taste of a Big Mac, but don’t desire a burger quite as large or as high in price, you can order a McDouble from the dollar menu and ask them to hold the ketchup and mustard, then add lettuce and the special Big Mac sauce. They might charge for adding the sauce and lettuce, (most likely less than a dollar) in some places. Other locations might not charge you for the extras at all.
